FunctieAls Dispatch Administrator in Puurs speel je een centrale rol in het waarborgen van de dagelijkse transport- en magazijnoperaties. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van afwijkingen, het garanderen van nauwkeurigheid van data en het stroomlijnen van de communicatie tussen dispatch, chauffeurs en operationele teams. Je werkt samen in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden essentieel zijn.
- Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van afwijkingen binnen dispatch en operaties;
- Opstellen, beoordelen en diepgaand analyseren van magazijnlijsten om operationele knelpunten te identificeren;
- Verwerken en valideren van operationele gegevens voor nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid;
- Directe communicatie met chauffeurs, beantwoorden van vragen en ondersteunen van dagelijkse dispatch-activiteiten;
- Opvolgen van operationele beperkingen en obstakels totdat deze zijn opgelost.
We zijn op zoek naar een dynamische en nauwkeurige professional die beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een scherp analytisch vermogen. De ideale kandidaat heeft een proactieve houding en begrijpt de operationele aspecten van logistiek en transport.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een administratieve of operationele ondersteuningsrol, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek of magazijnen;
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en bekwaamheid om operationele gegevens te interpreteren;
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, met een goede kennis van Frans;
- Comfortabel in omgang met chauffeurs en operationele teams;
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken, terwijl je nauw samenwerkt met collega's van dispatch en magazijn.
