Job Description
12+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or related IT roles
Strong hands‑on experience with AWS Cloud Services
Experience administering Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022
IIS Administration experience
Strong Linux Administration experience (RedHat and Ubuntu)
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS
Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and infrastructure support
Ability to support, maintain, and administer enterprise infrastructure environments
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers
Experience with Azure DevOps, including Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of middleware technologies, including API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services
Experience administering Microsoft enterprise technologies
Knowledge of Samba/CIFS file sharing and NTFS permissions
Experience with Linux patching and automation of administrative tasks
Understanding of cloud‑based network architectures and firewall management
Ability to identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization, automation, and cost improvements
Experience supporting developers and working within cross‑functional teams
