Must-Have Skills
3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, LAN environments, and network connectivity for Windows and mobile devices.
Strong experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network switches, wireless access points, SD‑WAN solutions, PKI, and secure authentication services.
Proven ability to create, maintain, and interpret network documentation, diagrams, and technical procedures.
Nice to Have Skills
Industry‑recognized networking certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft (active certifications preferred).
Completion of Cisco Networking Academy or similar networking training/bootcamp programs.
