Overview The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of account management for one or more brand/country and is financially accountable to drive results.
Key Accountabilities
Manage regional countries and partner with management on sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth
Develop strong, effective relationships with distributors/partners that help identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential accounts
Identify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors/partners that drive revenue growth
Manage and execute order file for region across all seasons, brands, and categories
Track monthly progress by country with global finance team for each of the global partners
Align brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets
Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends
Visit local markets with distributors to research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it is related to the brand to establish key objectives
Recruit, train and develop team members to drive business results
Special projects as assigned
Requirements Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
3+ years' experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus)
Ability to travel as needed (up to 30%)
Regional experience and language skills a plus
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners' products and set them apart from their competitors.
