Join our Level 2 End User Support team providing hands-on desktop support across Windows and macOS environments. This on-site role (3 days per week) supports modern workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, endpoint management with JAMF and SCCM, and enterprise applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud. You'll help ensure end users experience reliable connectivity, productivity tools, and mobile device access.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 desktop support for Windows and macOS users by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Communicate with end users to troubleshoot problems and ensure timely resolution. Support remote and onsite users by troubleshooting network connectivity, printers, email, mobile devices, scanners, and enterprise applications. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Support Adobe Creative Cloud installations by addressing licensing, authentication, and access-related issues. Use SCCM and JAMF to deploy, manage, and update software across the environment. Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory by managing asset tracking, desktop refresh initiatives, and CMDB accuracy. Support AI-enabled workplace tools and integrations by troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless user experience. Configure, deploy, and support iOS and Android mobile devices. Troubleshoot and administer Azure Active Directory and Active Directory environments. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating when appropriate. Maintain accurate documentation of support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. Participate in and lead desktop-related projects as assigned. Meet service delivery and SLA objectives consistently. Required Qualifications
5+ years of desktop support or end-user support experience. Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting. Experience with SCCM and JAMF for endpoint management and software deployment. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Experience supporting mobile devices, including iPhones and Android devices. Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory. Understanding of endpoint security, antivirus, and malware protection solutions. Experience troubleshooting login scripts, networking issues, and desktop hardware. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working within large enterprise environments. Experience supporting asset management and desktop refresh programs. Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools and workplace technologies. Willingness to travel occasionally based on business needs.
