Role Overview
Schedule: 1st Shift (7:30a-4p or 8a-4:30p CST); Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Your Mission as a Desktop Support Analyst I
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person
Install, deploy, and maintain company systems and applications
Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs
Perform software updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus signatures
Document processes and create knowledge base articles
Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and technicians
Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs
Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring to the Team Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR
4 years of equivalent work experience
A+ Certification required
Experience & Skills
Intermediate troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
Familiarity with Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint
Strong skills with macOS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check prior to hire
