What you will be doing At Assurance, our HVAC Service Techs / Installers are responsible for performing the service or installation of replacement/new HVAC systems in residential homes and businesses, while maintaining the highest set of quality standards that have been established for both craftsmanship and customer service.

What we are looking for We are looking for Service Techs / Installers that can thrive in an environment that is consistently busy, while still maintaining attention to detail in every process. Someone who is positive, energetic and highly organized is a must-have skill set. Multi-tasking, prioritizing, & time management are key elements of either position. So, if these are traits that you possess with the unique combination of technical skill and service ability, Assurance is the place for you. Experience with furnaces, boilers, humidifiers, air conditioners, mini-splits, and rooftop units. Strong work ethic with the capability to think outside the box. Must have own tools. (We do offer a tool buy-back program.) Valid driver's License and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. EPA certification. Great customer service skills. Ability to work with others. Willingness to learn new systems and technology. All applicants will have a confidential interview. Please email your resume.
