Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Springfield, IL
Pay Rate: $40/hr
What’s the Job?
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation.
Travel between facilities, ensuring all systems function properly and efficiently.
Maintain responsibility for preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted maintenance services.
Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to maintain system performance.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA 608 Type II Certification required; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to utilize a company vehicle.
