Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.
Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
Travel between various facilities to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
Record system readings, make adjustments, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
Maintain safety standards, handle hazardous materials responsibly, and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
HVAC experience with EPA universal certification; if not available, certification must be obtained.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
