Athletic Trainer Under the direction of the team physician, and in accordance with the Pennsylvania Athletic Training Practice Act, the Athletic Trainer is responsible for providing athletic training services to student-athletes in the secondary school setting. This includes providing preventative measures appropriately, standard immediate care procedures used in emergency situations, clinical evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation/reconditioning of injuries. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Licensed in the state of employment as an Athletic Trainer Current BOC certification Current CPR certification PIAA Weight Assessor Certification (can be obtained after employment)
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years experience preferred, however entry-level graduates with BOC certification are encouraged to apply.
