Sommaire du poste
Relevant du gestionnaire des ressources humaines, le ou la Recruteur(trice) joue un rôle clé dans l'attraction, l'évaluation et l'embauche de candidats qualifiés pour différents postes au sein de l'organisation.
Responsabilités
- Identifier les besoins actuels et futurs en matière de recrutement et mettre en place des stratégies de sourcing efficaces;
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires afin de bien comprendre les besoins d'embauche et les profils recherchés;
- Rédiger, mettre à jour et publier les affichages de postes sur différentes plateformes;
- Effectuer la recherche proactive de candidats à travers diverses sources de recrutement;
- Trier, analyser et présélectionner les candidatures reçues;
- Réaliser les entrevues téléphoniques et virtuelles de première étape;
- Coordonner les entrevues avec les gestionnaires d'embauche;
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux auprès des candidats tout au long du processus;
- Présenter les offres d'emploi aux candidats retenus;
- Participer aux activités d'accueil et d'intégration des nouveaux employés;
- Contribuer au développement de la marque employeur;
- Maintenir à jour les outils, bases de données et indicateurs de recrutement;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée à l'acquisition de talents.
Profil recherché
- Minimum de 1 ans d'expérience en recrutement ou acquisition de talents;
- Bilinguisme français/anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
- Capacité à mener différents types d'entrevues et à évaluer efficacement les candidats;
- Solides compétences en organisation et en gestion des priorités;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément dans un environnement rapide;
- Esprit d'initiative et approche orientée solutions;
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Teams).
