About the Role
Actively AI is building one of the most-talent dense R&D teams in all of AI - and we're hiring a Technical Recruiter who operates with the same intensity, urgency, and ownership as our entire team.
This is a rare opportunity to build a technical recruiting engine at a category-defining AI company in person in NYC.
What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting Across All Technical Roles
Own end-to-end hiring for Product Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Product Managers, Product Managers, and leadershipBuild outbound pipeline and nurture long-term talent relationshipsManage a world-class entire candidate experience from first contact to closeLead hiring manager calibration, interview loops, and decision processesCraft offer strategies and close high-caliber engineering talentDrive an event + marketing strategy that helps build the engineering recruiting engineWho You Are

Compensation Range:
$140,000-$210,000 USD
