What You'll Do:
Collaborate with impact: Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will move the needle for our product and company goalsBe a talent market expert: Use data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisionsSource like a pro: Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill rolesAdvocate effectively: Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomesRaise the bar: Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR's talent brand

What You're Great At:
4+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security rolesExperience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall, Gem, and other modern recruiting toolsData-driven mindset: Metrics aren't just numbers to you - they're the roadmap to successRelationship building: You're a pro at engaging thoughtfully with both hiring managers and candidatesAction-oriented: High sense of urgency and comfort navigating ambiguityCandidate-obsessed: You know the value of delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint

The total compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
This range represents the combined base salary, annual bonus incentive, and new hire equity package (in Restricted Stock Units) for this position at CLEAR. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance. All stock based compensation will be subject to the terms and conditions of applicable agreements
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
