Do you love talking to people and selling a product you believe in? We're growing our team and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities Work as a liaison to the sales agent, by setting up showings and in-home appointments, and ensuring the appointments take place Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline, so agents can provide an efficient sales process Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Qualifications A licensed real estate agent in Virginia is preferred Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Tenacious desire to succeed Enjoys team collaboration Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases Two years of previous sales experience Compensation $50,000 - $65,000 at plan yearly About Debbie Dogrul Associates LLC We are a team of dynamic, high-producing sales professionals who love what we do.
