We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys communication and wants to learn to become a confident Listing Agent while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides structure, mentorship, and a clear progression path for agents who want to grow from inside sales activity into stronger listing-focused production over time. In this opportunity, you will learn how to manage inbound and outbound conversations, strengthen follow-up habits, and qualify opportunities for both buyer and listing agents. This is more than an inside sales position. Responsibilities: Follow the team plan Set listing and buyer appointments Execute appointments Close sales Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent Team player CRM and database mastery Scripts and sales talk mastery Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads Qualifications: Real estate license required in order to speak with potential clients and earn commissions Sales experience Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Compensation $125,000+ at plan earnings About KW Larchmont KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
