Your Role
As Sales Manager at Natchez Ford, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the sales department and driving both performance and culture at a high-volume Ford dealership in Southwest Mississippi.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the sales department Developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales goals Hiring, training, and mentoring sales consultants Leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment Creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth Ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and effectively Assisting sales consultants in closing deals when needed Monitoring CRM activity and ensuring best practices are followed Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention Building lasting relationships within the community Managing showroom traffic, internet leads, and CRM workflows in a modern Ford dealership What We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-based growth potential Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) A supportive, team-oriented work environment Long-term career growth within a multi-rooftop automotive group The opportunity to lead at a respected Ford dealership in a strong local market What We're Looking For 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in automotive sales A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic mindset Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and strong work ethic
