- Aktive Neukundengewinnung: Du identifizierst potenzielle Geschäftskunden und betreibst zielgerichtete B2B-Akquise in deinem Vertriebsgebiet.
- Beratung mit echtem Mehrwert: Du zeigst Unternehmen konkret auf, wie sie ihre Energiekosten nachhaltig senken können.
- Eigenverantwortliche Vertriebssteuerung: Du planst deine Termine, strukturierst deinen Tag und steuerst deine Pipeline selbst.
- Abschlussorientierter Vertrieb: Du führst Verhandlungen, entwickelst passende Lösungen und bringst Abschlüsse erfolgreich zum Ziel.
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Du dokumentierst deine Aktivitäten im CRM und behältst jederzeit den Überblick.
- Du hast Vertrieb im Blut und willst Abschlüsse machen.
- Du bist ehrgeizig, leistungsorientiert und willst dein Einkommen aktiv beeinflussen.
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Außendienst oder in der aktiven Neukundenakquise mit.
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Abschlusssicherheit und ein souveränes Auftreten.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnisse.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
