divh2Senior Sales Development Representative/h2pCargas is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive inbound pipeline creation and lead acceleration for our Enterprise Solutions team. You will engage with leads generated through Business Development and inbound channels, conduct structured qualification conversations, and convert high-quality opportunities into scheduled discovery meetings for our sales consultants. Youll apply strong discovery skills and business acumen to align prospects with the right solutions across our Enterprise portfolio, including Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Acumatica./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliRespond to inbound leads with urgency and professionalism, meeting all SLA expectations/liliConduct qualification conversations with inbound and outbound - generated leads to assess fit, BANT, and product alignment/liliConvert qualified leads into scheduled discovery meetings aligned to the appropriate product and sales consultant/liliPartner with Business Development to ensure smooth lead handoffs, including context, expectations, and next steps/liliMaintain accurate documentation of activities, lead status, and qualification details in HubSpot/liliProvide feedback to Marketing and Business Development on campaigns, lead quality, and qualification criteria/liliEvaluate and adopt tools that improve speed - to - lead and conversion rates/liliMeet or exceed performance metrics including discovery meetings booked by product, SLA adherence, and conversion rates/li/ulpstrongRequired Qualifications/strong/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent professional experience/lili8+ years of experience in B2B software, ERP, CRM, or technology consulting sales or business development/liliDemonstrated strength in discovery and qualification, with the ability to align prospects to the correct solution/liliProven track record of converting leads into qualified sales meetings/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in live conversation/liliStrong business acumen with the ability to articulate complex solution offerings/liliHighly organized, responsive, and effective in a fast-paced environment/liliSelf-motivated and disciplined in a metrics-driven role/liliProficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office Suite/li/ulpstrongWho We Are/strong/ppCargas is an employee-owned software and consulting company where people do meaningful work and share in the success they help create.
