Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role, preferably in dev-tools SaaS, with a background in observability, monitoring, or testing Strong technical skills in reading, writing, and debugging code, particularly in Javascript/Node.js Experience using AI tools to enhance customer-facing work, such as generating demo code and building proof-of-concept repositories Exceptional empathy and curiosity, with a proactive mindset to build long-lasting customer partnerships Excellent spoken and written English skills, with a preference for candidates located in the US (ET or CT time zones)
