Outside Sales Executive

A national leader in restoration and maintenance solutions is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Executive to drive new business growth and close deals within complex sales environments such as healthcare systems, universities, municipalities, multi-family housing, and large resort operations.

This is a hunter-style, outside sales role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through close. The ideal candidate is driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives on the challenge of turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

Outside Sales Executive Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling into complex sales environments or 5+ years managing 90180 day solution-based sales cycles
  • Proven success driving results through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills confident and clear over the phone and in person
  • Experience working trade shows, industry events, and local networking opportunities to generate leads
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to align solutions with client priorities and operational goals
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Outside Sales Executive Must Haves

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with key decision-makers across multiple industries
