2024)/liliCertified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025)/li/ulpWhat will you be doing?/pulliMeet or exceed all established territory sales plan and objectives, by developing and implementing strategies specific to the assigned territory./liliEstablish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians/liliEffectively plan workdays and sales calls to accomplish activity goals and objectives./liliDevelop and implement special programs within territory to maximize sales opportunities, i.e., speakers bureau programs, symposia, etc./liliComplete assigned administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, legible, and organized manner./liliCommunicate a current, effective, and accurate sales presentation to customers./liliPresent a professional sales image in all business matters./liliCarry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines and operate assigned sales territory within established sales and/or corporate policies, procedures, and standards./liliAttend regional and national conferences throughout the year./li/ulpWhat do you need for this position?/pulliBachelors Degree required/lili2+ years business or customer service experience; sales preferred/liliPharmaceutical Sales highly preferred/liliMens Health preferred/liliProven time-management skills/liliStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills/liliStrong work ethic and drive to succeed in all situations/liliPositive attitude and growth mindset/liliA sense of resourcefulness and ability to overcome challenges/obstacles when working in a new territory/liliExcellent communication skills/liliAbility/willingness to travel extensively and stay at a location for an extended period of time.
