2025)/liliCertified Great Place to Work (2022, 2023, 2025)/li/ulpWhat will you be doing?/pulliDrive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives./liliImplement strategic business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs and goals for the assigned territory./liliBuild and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to educate them on product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage./liliDevelop and implement territory business plans to maximize product adoption and market penetration./liliConduct sales presentations, deliver compelling product messaging, and address customer inquiries effectively./liliStay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly./liliUtilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, track sales performance, and optimize territory management./liliAdhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines while maintaining ethical and professional sales practices./liliParticipate in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices./li/ulpWhat do you need for this position?/pulliBachelors degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience/lili2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience required/liliRheumatology experience preferred/liliLaunch Sales Experience preferred/liliStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills/liliProven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment/liliStrategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan/liliSome overnight travel will be required/liliValid drivers license in good standing/li/ulpAbout Inizio Engage/ppInizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
