We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven
Sales Floor Manager

Lead, train, and motivate sales team; set and track daily/monthly goals Run daily huddles to review performance, inventory, and priorities Assist in closing deals and resolving customer concerns Ensure customers are greeted promptly and receive excellent service Structure and desk deals, balancing profitability and customer needs Monitor traffic, test drives, and sales activity to drive performance Manage and maintain vehicle inventory and showroom presentation Qualifications:
Experience: Two to five years of proven auto sales experience. Top performers usually step into this role. Leadership: The ability to motivate, train, and hold a team of sales professionals accountable. Tech-Savviness: Fluency in dealership software to lead tracking. Conflict Resolution: Strong communication skills to handle escalated customer complaints on the floor.
