We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-performing sales team and help push them to even greater success. This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply maintain standards, we're searching for someone who can inspire, develop and elevate a team of talented sales professionals.

What You'll Be Doing
As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in both the performance and development of your team by:
* Recruiting and onboarding new sales talent * Delivering regular coaching, mentoring and performance reviews * Driving daily activity and maintaining high standards of accountability * Conducting one-to-one meetings and setting clear development plans * Monitoring KPIs and reporting on team performance * Supporting future leaders within the business to achieve promotion * Leading daily team meetings and creating a positive, motivated culture * Managing a team of approximately 10-12 sales professionals
