Deine Aufgaben:
- Design und Verantwortung skalierbarer, sicherer und kosteneffizienter Multi-Cloud-Architekturen für unternehmenskritische Systeme
- Entwicklung von Architekturstandards, Reference Architectures und Technology-Entscheidungen
- Beratung von IT-Entscheidern (CIO, CTO, Architekten) zu Cloud-Strategien und Architekturoptionen
- Übersetzung technischer Lösungen in Business Value (Kosten, Resilienz, Time-to-Market)
- Leitung und Steuerung von Cloud-Transformationen und Migrationsprojekten
- Aufbau moderner Plattformansätze (z. B. Platform Engineering, Landing Zones, Developer Platforms)
- Sicherstellung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. Zero Trust, TISAX, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Verantwortung für Cloud-Kosten und FinOps-Ansätze (Optimierung, Governance, Transparenz)
- Integration von Cloud-Lösungen in komplexe Unternehmens- und Automotive-Systemlandschaften
- Aktives Technologie-Scouting, Aufbau eines Cloud Radars und Weitergabe von Wissen im Team
Dein Profil:
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in Cloud-Architektur/Engineering, davon mehrere Jahre mit Architekturverantwortung
- Fundierte Expertise in mindestens zwei Hyperscalern (AWS, Azure, GCP) sowie in Cloud-nativen Architekturen
- Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, Microservices, eventgetriebenen Architekturen und Serverless
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Infrastructure-as-Code und CI/CD für Cloud-Umgebungen
- Praxis in Cloud Security, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Erfahrung in der Beratung und Präsentation von Architekturentscheidungen auf Management-Ebene
- Strukturierte Herangehensweise an neue Technologien sowie hohe Lernagilität
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
- Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie Erfahrung in Workshops und Entscheidungsformaten
Weitere Infos:
Die Tätigkeit ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit am Standort Leinfelden-Echterdingen oder Berlin zu besetzen und ist unbefristet.
