Member Services Associate - Chickahominy YMCA

The Chickahominy Family YMCA is currently seeking a part time, personable Member Service Associate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members.

Duties of a Member Services Associate include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations.

Qualifications of a Member Services Associate include excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and being 18 years old or older.
