Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of hands-on experience in fiber plant and network design or 10+ years in structured cabling design for large-scale data centers 5+ years of experience with fiber plant design and IEEE standards 2+ years of experience working with optical protocols and technologies Expertise in industry standards such as ANSI/TIA and BICSI
