Senior ServiceNow Developer and Implementation Specialist (m/f/d)

À propos

Responsibilities:
  1. Design ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and processes
  2. Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications and work directly with end users to resolve support issues
  3. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
  4. Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other customizations
  5. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
  6. Utilize APIs, web services, and middleware tools for seamless integration
  7. Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions in various on-prem environments (development, testing, production)
  8. Conduct and support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Expand and promote ATF
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals
  10. Monitor and maintain ServiceNow instances post-implementation
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration on-prem experience
  2. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HR, CSM - other modules
  3. Ability to configure and extend (coding) ServiceNow capabilities
  4. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and integrations
  5. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools
  6. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CS
  7. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications, ITSM, HR, etc.
  8. ITIL Foundation certification
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  10. Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, French a big advantage
