What You’ll Do:

1. Support Our Customers: Be the go-to person for customers, helping them with their technical needs.
2. Analyze Market Trends: Keep an eye on the market, identify trends, and understand what our customers and the market need.
3. Test and Evaluate: Implement, document, and evaluate test series to ensure our products are top quality.
4. Develop Solutions: Derive measures for our products and applications to meet market demands.
5. Drive Innovation: Initiate and implement exciting new development projects.
6. Collaborate: Work closely with both internal and external specialists to achieve our goals.
7. Assist Sales: Provide technical support to our sales team, helping them with any technical questions they might have.

Requirements:

1. Completed a degree in chemistry or engineering.
2. Good knowledge of German & English.
3. Able to travel approx. 50% and work onsite 50%.
4. Ideally 2+ years experience in polymers.
