Vos tâches

• Opening products and components in SAP for the Customer Service, Marketing and Service Center departments.
• Creating complete product parts lists for sales, production and customer service.
• Creating prices and conditions for the company products.
• Creation of accounts receivable in SAP for the areas of international sales, the Swiss market and customer service.
• Creation of accounts payable for the purchasing and marketing departments.
• Supporting employees of other departments such as Product Management, Sales or OPR with enquiries, problems or requests regarding master data.
• Create evaluations or lists from SAP.
• Extranet @ CS : Supporting the department, uploading the relevant images.
• Content-Serve @ PM: Supporting the department, coordinating and uploading pictograms.
