The company is a very promising Swiss FinTech company. Due to their growth, they are looking for an experienced and talented Python Back-end Engineer to strengthen their team. This is a permanent and fully remote position.

Poste

Votre profil

  • English required (min. C1)
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Python Developer
  • Familiarities with the following technologies is a plus: Github Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, EFK, PromStack, CQRS, event sourcing, REST or GraphQL...
  • A flexible, goal oriented, well-organised and self-started personality
  • Able to improve and collaborate on an existing Python / Django code base (DRF)
  • Able to navigate a large code base and making impactful changes within 1-2 weeks

Vos tâches

  • Within your team of 5 developers (mid and senior), following agile principles (scrum), you will lead the improvement of the back-end in close collaboration with the operations team, with the goal of continuing to make the application clean, maintainable and scalable.
  • Take on challenges on various topics with interesting issues (transactions, regulations, risk management, data science, ...)
  • Identify technical requirements & solutions according to feature requests
  • Deliver code according to best practices (code review, TDD...), learn from your peers and show them great stuff too
  • Collaborate & synchronize often with the Product Owner and the Tech Lead
