Afin de compléter notre équipe Sommellerie, nous recherchons un(e) :
Sommelier H/F
Sous la responsabilité de notre Chef Sommelier, votre mission sera d'assurer un service professionnel et discret tout en respectant les standards et les procédures en vigueur.
Vos principales responsabilités seront :
- Effectuer le service des vins à table en respectant les règles d'ouverture, de décantage, de présentation, de dégustation et de service
- Connaître la carte des mets, des boissons et des offres spéciales
- Maîtriser les accords mets et vins afin d'orienter, de conseiller et de fidéliser notre clientèle
- Gérer la cave en veillant aux stocks et à la bonne conservation des bouteilles
- Gérer la facturation et l'encaissement
- Optimiser systématiquement le degré de satisfaction de notre clientèle
- Appliquer et travailler l'Up-Selling sur chaque commande
- Appliquer les standards qualité de l'hôtel et Leading Hotels of the World
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école hôtelière / CFC spécialiste en hôtellerie-restauration / BTS Hôtellerie-restauration
- Mention complémentaire Sommellerie souhaitée
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 4 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire obligatoirement acquise dans une brasserie de luxe ou restaurant étoilé Michelin
- Bilingue français/anglais, autre langue un atout
- La connaissance d'Ikentoo est un plus
Doté(e) d'une excellente présentation et d'un très bon sens relationnel, votre esprit d'équipe, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme seront des qualités indispensables.
De nature souriante, votre autonomie, organisation, flexibilité et disponibilité seront des atouts majeurs pour ce poste.
