What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate signage solutions
Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals
Track customer activity and opportunities using CRM tools
Represent the company professionally within the local business community
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree
Experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles
Experience in signage, architectural products, construction, graphics, or related industries is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
