Your new role As HR Manager, you will act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner, supporting leadership across the organisation.
You will: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leaders at all levels Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives Manage recruitment, employee development, and succession planning Advise on employee relations matters including performance, disciplinary issues, and career development Oversee compensation planning, training, and HR systems Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly Address and resolve employee relations issues effectively Partner closely with senior leadership on organisational and people strategies Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation What you'll need to succeed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and analytical abilities Proven experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Experience using HR systems and talent management tools Desirable: Degree in Human Resources (Master's preferred) Experience in HR management Experience within a unionised or manufacturing environment Previous people management experience Strong project management and negotiation skills What you'll get in return Opportunity to work in a well-established, global organisation Strong career development and progression opportunities Supportive and inclusive working environment Competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing training and professional development What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. xyswxtq
