Lead all aspects of project delivery, including managing relationships with design teams, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Plan weekly work programmes, produce progress reports, and ensure all key milestones are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a strong Health & Safety culture on-site, attend and chair management meetings, and oversee the project from initiation to handover.
What Skills You Need Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar, and trade qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in a main contractor/civil engineering environment.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage client and subcontractor relationships.
Solid commercial acumen, negotiation, and cost management skills.
Technically proficient with a focus on problem solving and achieving measurable outcomes.
