What You’ll Do As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance across the Seattle territory. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while coaching and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives. Create and execute territory sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability measures. Partner with marketing and business leaders to increase brand awareness and business development opportunities. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary. Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that support business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Who We’re Looking For This role is designed for a true industry professional who understands the market, brings credibility with customers and partners, and has demonstrated success leading high‑performing sales teams. Ideal candidates will possess: Proven success leading sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth. Strong industry knowledge and established market relationships within the Seattle area. Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on leadership execution. Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A customer‑first mindset with a passion for building long‑term relationships. Experience managing performance, driving accountability, and developing winning sales cultures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience. 3+ years of direct people management experience. Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable results. Experience building partnerships and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
