We help homeowners sell houses quickly, fairly, and as-is — providing a compassionate solution to those facing life’s big transitions. We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist/Lead Manager to join our close-knit team.
Responsibilities Nurture Relationships with Care
Handle inbound calls, texts, and web leads with a warm, professional presence.
Build genuine, lasting bonds through active listening and intuitive communication.
Listen to the stories behind the houses, helping homeowners feel heard and understood.
Act as a supportive guide, asking the right questions to understand a seller’s unique situation.
Manage the Journey with Grace
Manage a pipeline of leads within our CRM with consistent, thoughtful follow-up.
Seamlessly balance multiple conversations, ensuring every person feels like they are your top priority.
Keep detailed, thoughtful notes so our team can provide the best possible service to every family.
Create Opportunities
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, timeline, and heartfelt motivations.
Schedule high-quality appointments for our Home Buying team.
Work collaboratively with the team to turn “not right now” into meaningful future partnerships.

Relationship Management: You enjoy the “nurture” aspect of sales — keeping the conversation warm and the connection alive.

Prior Experience (Plus)
Inside sales or appointment setting.
Insurance, mortgage, or real estate sales.
Customer success or relationship management.
Any role where success depended on building rapport and trust.

Requirements
Excellent phone communication and listening skills.
A natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work in person in the De Pere / Green Bay, WI area.
A positive, coachable attitude and a desire to grow.
Compensation Pay: $60,000–$70,000 base salary plus performance bonuses. 401(k), 401(k) matching. Paid time off, Paid Holidays. $100 Bi-Weekly as Health Insurance Reimbursement.
