Qualify leads by understanding their needs, timeline, and heartfelt motivations.
Schedule high-quality appointments for our Home Buying team.
Work collaboratively with the team to turn “not right now” into meaningful future partnerships.

Prior Experience (Plus)
Inside sales or appointment setting.
Insurance, mortgage, or real estate sales.
Customer success or relationship management.

Ability to work in person in the De Pere / Green Bay, WI area.

Compensation Pay: $60,000–$70,000 base salary plus performance bonuses. 401(k), 401(k) matching. Paid time off, Paid Holidays. $100 Bi-Weekly as Health Insurance Reimbursement.
