In your first year, you'll develop a growing pipeline with the potential to earn an average of $50,000. By year two, with a fully developed pipeline and an increase in steady leads, you could push to $70,000. By year three, there's potential for a six-figure income with all the tools to remain in contact with a plethora of sales opportunities. Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Convert leads into appointments by effectively communicating the value of our services and building strong relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized database of client interactions and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.
Participate in daily training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Track and report on sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
Dynamic, articulate, and well spoken.
Familiar (geographically) with the entire Oklahoma City metro area.
Has an interest in learning about the real estate industry (no real estate license required). Having owned a home is a plus!
Strong understanding of the basic navigation of a computer.
Ability to adjust as the market and technology change.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Compensation Compensation:
$41,000 - $70,000 yearly
