Job Description Position Title: IT Project Manager V
Location: Chicago, IL
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP*
Expected Duration: 12 months
Job Type: Contract Placement [Full Time (>=40 hrs weekly)], Contract, Hybrid
Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined deliverables involving multiple teams.
Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
Provide end‑to‑end visibility into deliverable health.
Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.
Coordinate and facilitate routines such as kick‑offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
Manage dependency, risk, and impediment removal for deliverables.
Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations.
Gather and present status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements.
Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable reports.
Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
Self‑motivation, self‑direction, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
5–7 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles.
