Owning the systems, content, and programs that enhance sales effectiveness, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Manager will manage onboarding, develop sales playbooks, and drive ongoing training initiatives while collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams. Key responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding experience for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed Develop and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks and training materials tailored to the construction industry Manage the sales tech stack and drive adoption of tools to improve performance and efficiency within the sales team
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a quota-carrying sales role in a B2B SaaS environment Proven ability to build and improve enablement programs, with a deep understanding of the full sales cycle Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, along with familiarity with sales engagement platforms and conversation intelligence tools Strong instructional design skills, capable of creating clear and actionable training content Experience in the construction or trades-adjacent industry is a strong plus
