Following the UK Launch of Corpay Complete we are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to join our UK team. In this role, youll be responsible for equipping our sales organization with the tools, training, content, and insights needed to accelerate revenue growth and improve productivity. You will serve as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Support
ensuring our go-to-market teams have consistent messaging, clear product positioning, and the resources they need to deliver value to prospects and customers. This role is central to aligning departments and driving a seamless customer journey.
What you'll be doing
How We Work As a Sales Enablement Manager you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Brighton or Swindon office. Company-issued equipment. Formal, hands-on training. Role Responsibilities Designing and delivering onboarding, training, and coaching programmes to ramp new hires quickly and upskill existing sales teams.
