In this role, you’ll lead and manage client sales team implementations end‑to‑end, while partnering closely with our founder on strategy, priorities, and continuous improvement of our outbound playbook.
This is a high‑ownership seat: part client delivery, part sales operations oversight, and a key right hand to a strategic executive.
The ideal candidate must be a strong sales leader, but also must be able to work with and alongside other strong personalities. Why?
Your sales leadership experience will allow you to slot directly into this role, since you already know the general management principles of dialing and sales teams. However, you’ll be following the HighGrowth.io playbook and working with the HighGrowth.io founder to adjust that playbook to the realities of the specific client.
Additionally, you’ll be interacting with the founder (or founders) on the client side. If it’s not already clear, bootstrapped founders tend to have very strong personalities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead outbound sales implementations for a HighGrowth.io client.
Translate our outbound sales playbook into practical hiring, onboarding, metrics, and performance systems for the client.
Directly manage offshore dialers and salespeople, maintaining accountability through scorecards and simple performance rhythms.
Run performance reviews with the client team, assess progress, and work with the HighGrowth.io founder to adjust strategy as needed.
Work closely with our founder on non‑client‑facing founder priorities: process upgrades, internal projects, and playbook refinements.
Keep implementation projects organized, including timelines, deliverables, handoffs, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, reporting, and other lightweight activities that keep delivery running smoothly.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
Four-plus years of outbound B2B sales management experience, as a leader or coach.
Strong operational discipline: you like metrics, routines, and making performance visible.
Confidence running multiple workstreams without dropping details.
A founder‑friendly mindset: proactive, structured, reliable, and comfortable with fast shifts.
This is a full‑time, remote role. Your work hours will need to overlap with 9am to 4pm US Eastern Time.
We rely heavily on Apple devices, applications, and services. You should have a post‑2021 Mac for this job.
