Über

As our Technical Sales ManagerBeNeLux , you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our presence in the BeNeLux region, primarily within the process industry. After an internal training period, you will take full ownership of developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving market growth.
You will be a vital member of the sales and calculation team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. In this role, you will maintain and deepen relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues, providing expert technical guidance, identifying opportunities for innovation, and ensuring our solutions consistently meet client needs.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contribute to strategic market development, and make a tangible impact on the company’s growth and success.
Tasks
Actively manage existing customers while seeking new opportunities with prospects and dormant clients.
Proactive business developer skilled in cold calling and opportunity spotting.
Understand market trends and customer needs in plastic piping to drive sustainable growth.
Solve customer challenges by developing concrete solutions in collaboration with colleagues, across projects from repairs to new constructions.
Build strong networks and act as a trusted discussion partner at all organizational levels.
Oversee project follow-up, coordinate with internal teams on quotes and calculations, contribute to sales planning, and expand Thermopol’s presence in BeNeLux and neighboring countries.
Profile You have a higher thinking and working level, supported by a diploma or relevant experience.
You possess several years of commercial experience with proven results in sustainable portfolio growth.
Affinity with piping, plastic piping, or the process industry is an advantage.
You are a communicative, entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong commercial mindset.
You have a hands‑on mentality, are a dynamic team player, and fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
