Senior Sales Engineer We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer who can create solution architecture that delights our customers. You will partner closely with account teams to lead and engage through the sales lifecycle, building customer and partner trust, and providing technical expertise on product demonstrations, proof of concept, proposals, use cases, and solutioning to secure technical wins. Responsibilities Actively participate in solution‑led sales calls and prospect visits to qualify customer requirements. Gather requirements to develop properly specified and sized solutions ensuring the bill of materials meets use case requirements within the customer’s business needs. Create and present market‑differentiating solicited and unsolicited solution proposals. Build trusted relationships within targeted accounts and partners to expand existing footprint and drive competitive displacement. Own comprehensive consultative technical or solution responses to RFIs/RFPs. Lead proof of value (POV) as required from engagement. Support customer beta activities and early adopter programs. Collaborate with key partners to enable them to position our solutions together with their service offerings. Act as the technical account lead for customer executive briefing events. Qualifications 3+ years of cybersecurity experience in a high‑profile, customer‑facing role. Demonstrated technical specialist in one of the following technologies: Secure Service Edge solutions & architectures, cloud and virtualization security, data protection and privacy, networking, web proxy and SDWAN, workload and container security. Loves presenting and showcasing innovative technologies, solutions, and approaches. Bias for technical detail and instinctive understanding of customer context and capability. Ability to adapt to relevant customer use cases and improvement opportunities. Fluency in written and spoken German language.
