Location: Swords, Co. Dublin (with travel across North County Dublin & County Meath) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary scale: €97,978 - €115,166 Hours: 37 hours per week At Prosper Group, we support adults with intellectual disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives within their communities. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Clinical Services team and play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality, person-centred psychological supports across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who is passionate about intellectual disability, Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, and mental health, and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. About the Role The successful candidate will: Lead and deliver psychology services in line with professional standards and best practice Provide specialist psychological assessment, intervention and consultation Support Positive Behaviour Support approaches across services Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues, families and support teams Contribute to service development, clinical leadership and staff support Promote evidence-based, person-centred practice across the organisation Essential Requirements Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PSI accredited or equivalent recognised qualification) Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities Experience in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support and/or mental health Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Full clean drivers licence and access to a car Why Join Prosper?
