In partnership with stakeholders, the Information Technology Division (ITD) of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human services (NCDHHS) provides excellence in information technology delivery to enable NCDHHS' mission and goals. Our team ensures that NCDHHS has consistent, cost-effective, reliable, accessible, and secure technology services. This Database Administrator (DBA) Tech Support position is a member of the Digital Foundations team. The position reports to the Tech Support Services manager. The primary purpose of this position is to provide Technical Support for mainframe, middleware infrastructure, and distributed products, databases, and projects. This position also serves as a Database Analyst responsible for complex databases(s). In addition, this position assists application teams by providing CICS administration, problem-solving and debugging support and assists in administering the definition, relationships, and maintenance of X/PTR reports. Salary Grade Range: $87,617.00 - $131,426.00
Recruitment Range: $87,617.00 - $115,000.00
