As a B2B Outside Sales Account Agent, you will sell Liberty National's unique life and supplemental benefits to the employees of small or large businesses door-to-door in your territory. This is a hunter position where the agent achieves sales and product targets by prospecting within a defined sales territory and by working leads from initial contact through field sales. Our consultative methodology will help determine client’s needs, quote them on the products that best align to their business challenges and priorities. You will work closely with an Account manager for additional sales support through the process and hand off customer service and non-sales client inquiries to the account manager so you can remain focused on selling!
In this role, you will be required to maintain real time in the field accurate records of all sales and prospecting activity through SalesForce.

Required Qualifications
1+ years of sales experience selling products or services with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals in an outside sales or related sales role.
Key Responsibilities in this role - Lead Generation/Prospecting, Relationship Management, Presentation skills, Market/Territory awareness (market trends, competitor activities/products), utilize a Sales CRM and follow a proven sales methodology.
Key Skills include – Interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, time management and territory management
Ability to read/write/speak English
Valid Driver’s license and car insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Outside Sales in Insurance Benefits, or a related field
Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
