comprehensive training with a supportive team committed to your success Income (On Average): $40,000yr - $60,000yr (Base + Performance Bonus) (Paid Weekly!) Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM -OR- 11AM - 7:30PM | Full-Time (At Least 1 Weekend Shift Per Week) Responsibilities: Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus Must have reliable transportation Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute **Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check** **This Company Participates in E-Verify** Our Company Culture is one that strives "to provide an exceptional employee experience that leads the way to delighted customers.
