Cadence Technologies is seeking exceptional candidates who thrive in fast paced work environments supporting our clients by supplying various sanitary process equipment such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers, hoses, and associated repair parts. Candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: Process customer requests for quotes. Support the outside sales team with pricing requests and formal quotes for parts, equipment, and services. Processing sales orders for parts and equipment orders Generating purchase orders to suppliers for parts and equipment needed to fulfil open sales orders. Work together with the other inside sales team members to ensure customer orders are being processed in a timely manner. Follow up on submitted quotes, continually communicate lead time and delivery status of orders with customers. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 26 years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or a related client-facing role Demonstrated customer service focus, with a track record of responding to client needs professionally and promptly Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Proven organizational and task management skills, with the ability to follow established processes consistently Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency Proven problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and implementing practical solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, tracking, and reporting Ability and willingness to learn technical products and apply product knowledge in customer interactions Nice to Have Skills: Experience in sanitary, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, or broader industrial environments Familiarity with technical or industrial products Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, distribution, or process-based industries Demonstrated competitiveness or goal orientation, such as meeting performance targets, service metrics, or sales goals Travel: Periodic, regional travel to customer facilities may be required.
